Familiar with the characteristic of the impurity attached on the PET bottles, SAIOU washing line separate different impurity by several processes. SAIOU with its own processing technology and take advantage of label remove, hot washing, Centrifugal dehydration to reduce the impurity content, it lays the foundation for the subsequent fiber production. It adopts short process and less labors to produce the good quality of PET flakes, thus solve the PET flakes raw material shortage for PSF manufacture company.
